Ubiquitous Chip and Stravaigin

UZ worked with Glasgow restaurants Ubiquitous Chip and Stravaigin to create a series of unique events including the Dieter Meir performance (see Performance), the Cleikum Club in Stravaigin and the award winning Ingr3dients at the Ubiquitous Chip.

Ingr3dients was a unique sensory experience combining food and ground-breaking digital art, devised by me with Carol Wright, Alasdair Gray, Deb Norton, Guy Veale and Dave Sapien. The evening combined a special menu of world class Scottish produce created by Colin Clydesdale with a remarkable, world-first experience using interactive technology, commissioned 2D and 3D animation, projection and soundscape.
