2012-18 • The People’s Tower – Olivier Grossetete
I met Olivier Grossetete in Marseilles in 2010 where he was creating monumental structures out of cardboard in collaboration with an enthusiastic public. Over the next few years we created many projects together: for Burns Festival in Ayr 2012, Merchant City Festival in Glasgow, in Torquay, for Norwich and Norfolk Merchant City Fest, in Colombo in Sri Lanka, 2014, at Galoshans in Greenock, at the Festival of Thrift in Darlington 2015, at Freedom Festival in Hull, at Glastonbury 2013, at Ignite in Dundee 2016 and at the European Athletic Championships in Glasgow 2018.
